Airport Transfer Service
Airport Pickup and Drop off -- We can pick you up at the airport and take you to your accommodation and take you back to the airport at the end of your stay. The Airport transfer service fee is US$45 one-way to your accommodation or, US$85 two-way. Our staff will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation at free charge if you stay with our homestay 4weeks or more. If you have reserved an airport pick-up, please be sure to look for our staff who will have a sign with your name on it.
Services for Homestay Program
1.Orientation / Welcome Package
•  Arrival information packet with important and useful information and phone numbers.
•  A Beijing City map with bus and subway routes.
2.Orientation to your new home and your new neighborhood.
Our Host family will usually spend extra time with you, explain how the different appliances work, show you around the neighborhood, the subway/bus locations and where the markets and shops , restaurants, entertainment, ATMs and banks, post offices , good restaurants, and other important neighborhood places are located.
3. Prepaid phone card of 100 RMB — you will be able to call family overseas right away upon your arrival. It is Free for 4 weeks or more stay.
4.Supervising the performance of the host families and Regular checks made to ensure that both the guest and host family are content.
5 .We do not limit the number of necessary homestay change to ensure a rewarding homestay experience for every guest and host family. If you are not happy for good reason, you will be moved to another homestay at no extra charge if 15 days notice is given.
6 . Consultation and ongoing support during the stay. We encourage you to call us if you have any problems or need guidance on certain issues, we will answer any questions and resolve any problem you may have.
7 .Emergency calls 24 hours a day.
8. Assistance with travel arrangements with our homestays in other cities.
Friendship Service for Shared/ Private Furnished Apartment
If requested, a CWEHS staff will provide the following services to you on the day of your arrival. The cost for this service is US$70/560RMB.
Services include:
•  Initial shopping trip for food and necessities
•  Area orientation
•  Offerring subway and bus maps, explanation of bus system with maps
•  Explanation of the telephone system, showing you where to buy prepaid phone cards as well as prepaid cell phones.
•  Personal contact throughout the duration of the lease.
Chinese Language Tutoring: US$15/120RMB per hour. Our high-quality experienced teachers will offer tailor-made classes to meet all of your educational needs and flexible schedules on a one to one basis.
Tour Guide : US$50/400RMB per day (8 hours).
