Rates and Payments for Homestay
Homestay Application Fee (non refundable): US$100/RMB800
• We do not limit the number of homestay change if necessary.
For long- term homestay (4 weeks or more):
Airport pick up is free
Prepaid phone card of 100 RMB Is Free:
• You can call your home country right away upon your arrival.
No accommodation will be booked until Homestay Application Fee has been received.
Prepayment: 50% of the full homestay fee is to be paid 14 business days prior to arrival.
The balance: 50% of the full homestay fee is to be paid within 2-3 days after your arrival inBeijing .
If your arrival date is less than 4 weeks from application date, the US$100/RMB800 application fee and full homestay fee is due WITH the homestay application.
For short-term homestay (5-27days):
• The homestay application fee, the full homestay fee and airport pickup fee (if requested) must be made with the homestay application. No accommodation will be booked until payment has been received . See cancellation policy.

Rates and Payments for Shared Apartments
US$105.00/$130/$150per week depending on location and amenities (minimum 4 weeks), private bathrooms can be provided for US$130 /US$150/week shares. 10% Discounts will be granted for a minimum stay of 6 months . Rate includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water and home association fee) except telephone calls.
Deposit: 4 weeks apartment rate.
Rates and Payment for Private Furnished Apartments
$190--$250/per week depending on location and amenities (minimum 3 months). Rate includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water and home association fee) except telephone calls. 10% Discounts will be granted for a minimum stay of 6 months.
Deposit: 4 weeks apartment rate.
Payment of Fees
Before you arrive, the only acceptable method of payment is Telegraphic Bank Transfer. Our Bank account details will be provided to you after we have received your booking request when we confirm your booking by email or fax. After you arrive in Beijing , payment by cash or bank transfer is accepted for payment of the balance. You can pay the balance by cash in our office , or bank transfer to our bank account. No money orders, credit cards, or personal checks are accepted.
Currencies Requirement : RMB or US dollars is acceptable. If you prefer to pay by other currencies, please send email to contact@China-Worldeduhomestay.com for more information and payment instructions.
Airport Transfer Services: pick up: US$45, pick up and drop off: US$85
Friendship Service for Shared/ Private Furnished Apartment : US$70/560RMB.
Tour Guide: US$50/RMB400per day (8hours)
