1.Please read the Homestay Terms and Conditions carefully and review Homestay Options and Rates to determine your choice of homestay. 2.Complete the Application Form online and press 'Submit' to send it to us. We suggest that you apply as early as possible.The more information you provide about yourself, the more likely we are to place you in a home that meets your needs.
• Once you have completed and have submitted this form, you will be e-mailed a confirmation stating our receipt of your application and an invoice for payment. Our Bank account details will be provided to you. Please indicate what currency you prefer to use for payments on the application form, or email us at homestay@China-Worldeduhomestay.com if you have any questions about currency requirements and payment instructions. • It is also very important that you understand the homestay terms and conditions and click here for the printable version homestay application form which we require you to sign and mail, email or fax to us including the photocopy of the first page of your passport as soon as possible.
3. Make a payment • For long-term homestay (4 weeks or more) A. Submit your US$100 / RMB800 non-refundable application fee. Applications will not be processed without receipt of payment. Once we receive your application fee, we can begin processing your application. A confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail or fax stating our receipt of your application fee and your placement confirmation in a homestay. B. Send your homestay prepayment covering 50% of the full homestay fee to CWEHS. The prepayment will be due 14 business days prior to arrival. The balance (50% of the full homestay fee) is to be paid to CWEHS within 2-3 days after your move in your homestay. You can also send the full homestay fee 14 business days prior to your homestay start date via Telegraphic Bank Transfer. Please note: if your arrival date is less than 4 weeks from application date, the US$100/RMB800 application fee and full homestay fee is due WITH the homestay application. See Cancellation and Refund Policy • For-short term (5-27 days) homestay US$100/RMB800 non-refundable application fee, full homestay payment and airport transfer services fees (if requested) must be made at the time of booking. No accommodation will be booked until payment has been received. See Refund Policy. 4. Inform CWEHS of your flight arrival information including Airline & flight number, Date & Time of Arrival It is very important to inform our office (e-mail it to: contact@China-Worldeduhomestay.com ) as soon as it is available, of your arrival information before your departure so that we can meet your flight if requested and your host family can make arrangements to be home to welcome you. If you will arrive in Beijing by another method (train, car, etc.), please let us know so we can meet you! 5.After we receive your all the proper fees and Flight Information we will send you the details of the accommodation in which you have been placed and confirmation that your airport transfer has been arranged (if requested) with our emergency number.
Please note : The only acceptable method of payment before you arrive is Telegraphic Bank Transfer. Cash (cash will be taken in our office only) and Bank transfer are accepted for payment of the balance after you arrive in Beijing .
